M3M Projects in Sector 111, Gurgaon

Sector 111 at a glance

Sector 111 sits on the Gurgaon side of Dwarka Expressway, next to Sector 113 and close to the Delhi border near Dwarka. Like the rest of this stretch, it gained a direct, signal-free route to Dwarka and IGI Airport when the Haryana section of the expressway opened in 2024.

M3M has two large residential projects here, both aimed at buyers looking for a luxury home on the corridor that is closest to Delhi.

M3M projects in Sector 111

• M3M Crown: a large high-rise community and one of the most searched M3M projects on Dwarka Expressway.
• M3M Elie Saab: designer-branded luxury residences.

Because the two projects are in the same sector, buyers usually compare them on brand, size of home, possession timeline and payment plan rather than on location.
